When you call 1-888-848-SITE (7483) during business hours, a technician answers and starts working on your issue right away.

Voicemail and After-Hours Support Hotline
After hours, call 1-888-848-SITE (7483) and dial 2 for Technical Support, then follow the prompts; this will open a support ticket via voicemail for service during normal hours on non-critical issues. For critical issues, follow the prompts for an emergency—our after-hours support hotline pages an on-call technician. Both the primary tech and their backup carry pagers and are notified immediately.
