Account Manager

Your account manager knows your business and brings you technology best practices that can improve your business or take it a new direction, so you don’t have to feel you are going it alone. Your account can provide onsite service as needed.

Client advocate

The advocate’s role is to make sure we’re doing good job, notify you about necessary changes to a project, let you know what your team is doing for you, and get your input and feedback.

Project manager

For new customers, the project manager goes to their site to assess the network, and decide what equipment and serviced are needed.

Desktop technician

When you phone us, you speak to the desktop technician. This person will walk you through some simple troubleshooting to see if there is an easy solution to the problem. If this doesn’t work, the Desktop Technician can often log in to your computer remotely and solve your problem immediately.


Rolling the Truck

Our technicians can remotely support nearly all hardware, solving your problems quickly and efficiently. However, if you need onsite support, our regionalized technicians can quickly reach you for mission-critical issues.
